Rod’s leadership has been instrumental in guiding numerous brands to achieve national and global success Rod has also held board positions for several high-profile companies, including Hairhouse Warehouse, which was awarded Australian Franchisor of the Year in 2011.

In 2017, Rod’s outstanding contributions to the franchising community were honoured with his induction into the Franchise Council of Australia's Hall of Fame, a prestigious acknowledgment of his dedication and impact on the sector both locally and internationally.

Sophie Pettigrew is the Legal Practice Director at DC Strategy Lawyers, bringing over a decade of expertise in commercial law, governance, and compliance.

Edwin Lui is the Managing Partner for Asia at DC Strategy and the Global CEO of Cartridge World, a renowned international franchise network. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Edwin has established himself as a trusted expert in driving growth for private equity-backed businesses, franchise networks, and multi-market retail brands across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

Edwin’s credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Australia, along with being a CFA Charterholder and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Australia and Hong Kong.

Under Edwin’s leadership, Cartridge World has achieved remarkable growth and recognition, earning prestigious franchise awards for its strategic market expansion and penetration.
