Amy revitalised the Bikram Yoga scene in Melbourne. After years of success, Amy found that the way people were exercising began to change. It’s rare that people have 90 minutes to commit to a yoga class. However, people want the same results in a shorter class time. From this idea, Amy trained further in anatomy, pilates and other forms of yoga both in Australia and abroad, which led her into the world of upbeat group fitness classes.
Amy and Michael are always looking for ways to evolve and stay at the forefront of fitness. They attend international conferences and engage with premium service providers to provide their team members and clients with the best tools to help them achieve their goals.
A new direction
Their decision to move into franchising grew from the success of their two flagship locations in Malvern East and Richmond Victoria. The goal is to create a fitness brand that’s influential and known for modern group fitness classes, created by fusing the best elements of yoga, pilates and functional movement.
Having a strong product offering matched with exceptional branding is lining CORE+ up for success. New franchisees can expect to be fully trained in the CORE+ program, and will also receive additional help recruiting and educating trainers for their new studio.
The CORE+ approach is different. Instead of expecting the business will become a staple in the community, CORE+ plan to integrate into local communities. Franchisees will be instrumental in identifying the relevant partnership opportunities and engaging with local community members.
